Mobile surgical units

Ukraine is the most heavily mined country in the world, with territories contaminated by landmines equivalent in size to the United Kingdom. The demining of these areas is extremely challenging due to ongoing shelling and bombardments, which pose a constant threat to civilian safety — especially to children
Moreover, as a result of relentless attacks on front-line regions, medical infrastructure has been almost entirely destroyed, leaving the remaining population without access to essential healthcare. In the event of injury caused by an explosion, immediate emergency care increases the chances of survival and recovery by 20%, yet providing such care near the front lines remains a critical challenge.
Our solution
We deploy mobile surgical units, built on trucks, that can quickly reach the most remote and devastated areas. Each unit consists of a reception area for medical examinations and a fully sterile operating room for surgical interventions. These units are equipped with comprehensive medical equipment, including an operating table, oxygen concentrator, patient monitor, ventilator, mobile X-ray machine, ultrasound device, and other essential tools.
To ensure their functionality in harsh conditions, each unit is fitted with climate control systems, heating, and independent water supply systems, allowing them to operate effectively in any environment.
Keep Life initiative
To implement this project, we are collaborating with the Keep Life initiative, which has already successfully produced five mobile surgical units of this kind. We have joined the production of the sixth unit, which is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by June of this year.

This cooperation allows us to draw on proven expertise and ensures that the mobile unit will meet the highest standards of medical care and mobility, bringing life-saving assistance directly to the people who need it most.
